I love this place and Dr. Matthew Roman, it’s ran so efficiently. I’m never sitting and waiting. I get in speak with my provider who actually listen and it’s a bonus that there’s a labcorp next door so I go get my labs drawn. There’s parking and the staff is always friendly. Check-in is seamless and like I said I get called back in a timely manner. Awesome job Family Practice keep up the good work!!

Never an issue requesting same day appointments, quick responses and super fast resolutions left my family with less stress and accommodations for a single mom of three. Tucked away in a less developed area, this clinic is actually run quite well. TWO windows for patient check in and PLENTY of staff available to help. Just make sure to be patient when arriving as a brand new patient. Alex and Matt Roman, the doctor I saw, were both great and answered all my questions. Only issue was I felt slightly rushed. I believe it’s important to allow slightly more time for an examination / visit for a new patient to build rapport and a relationship with a new doctor and practice. Would HIGHLY recommend if you live anywhere in Wilmington! Great online patient portal as well.

Shout out to Dr. Roman, the MA and the Front Desk Staff for exemplary customer service! When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was informed that I inadvertently cancelled my appointment via a text response for an upcoming Pre-Op approval. The Front Desk staff took charge and were able to have me seen by Dr Roman and the MA in the same timeframe! Thank you, appreciate you ALL!!

I have been going to Family Practice for many decades now. I would never think about going anywhere else. My primary doctor is Dr. David Krasner, who is absolutely the very best doctor I have seen in my now 7 decades of living. He has been my guiding light through many of my physical & mental hurdles, and has always given me the best advice, & treatments, that have always proved to be healing & successful. His expertise, knowledge, and compassion in treating me has been so valuable & I am so grateful for his wise & professional directives. Everyone at Family Practice is very helpful, courteous, & attentive to anything that would help me. Occasionally, when Dr. Krasner is unavailable, I see another wonderful physician, Dr. Jerry Gluckman, who is just a pleasure to work with. He is always very helpful, kind, and spends as much time with me, as needed, to make sure all my questions, and concerns, are dealt with. The nurse practitioners, also, at Family Practice are all top shelf, and provide much needed treatments. I am very appreciative of everyone at Family Practice for all the great work they do there. Thank you all for all the great work you do.....I have the greatest respect for all of you there !!!!
